    We are a full-service design-build firm offering construction and full interior design services in the Philadelphia Main Line area.

  • How much are your design services?

    We suit our pricing structure to our clients needs. Submit a project request and we’ll get back to you within 5 business days with budgetary pricing for construction and design services.

  • Do you work with other contractors?

    While we are a sister company of Radical Renovations, LLC., we’ll collaborate with any contractor or sub.

  • How does your process work?

    We always start with a complimentary design consultation where we can meet in person or virtually to understand you, your project and your needs. The more prepared we all are the better so its always helpful to have a few inspiration photos to share with us at this meeting. This gives us an idea of your design expectations and how we should proceed with proposals and mood boards.

    After our consultation we’ll work up a budgetary proposal outlining design fees and average project costs. We’ll also share mood boards highlighting design intent and direction. At this stage we can adjust costs and design direction, so we have a clear path moving forward.

    Upon sign off on budgetary proposals and mood boards we get to work! We’ll work diligently over the following weeks to present a full scope design with complete material proposals. Average turn around time is 5-6 weeks, depending on the size of the project. Once we are approaching completion, we’ll reach out to schedule a presentation date.

    Presentation day is our favorite day before install day! We’ll have a meeting ranging from 1-2 hours to review every single detail we’ve assembled for you. Our presentations are interactive with a digital presentation and physical samples present so you get a true understanding of the final product. We’ll send you home with any and all materials, a digital copy of the presentation as well as a full proposal for your review. Once you gather your thoughts and share your feedback, we’ll make any necessary revisions and await final sign offs.

    Once you sign off, we get ordering! Our team will keep you updated on product lead times and construction updates. While we await furniture deliveries, we’ll make weekly site visits for active construction projects to make sure everything is going according to plan. All furniture gets shipped directly to our warehouse where a team receives, inspects and safely stores all product awaiting install day.

    The day we have all been waiting for, install day! Our delivery team will deliver and install all furniture and artwork while our design team sets up accessories and finishing touches.
